What payment methods does kzheadphone accept?
Kztws accepts Paypal，credit card.
Does kztws save any information when I shop with my card?
No, we don’t save any of your payment information. Our checkout process is 100% secure, and the only information we store is the information we need in order to get you your headphones.
Your address and contact details are automatically saved into our system and a customer account is created for you at the time of placing an order.
But, when you continue to the payment method and choose to pay via card or net banking, you are redirected to our secure payment gateway to complete your checkout.
Shipping
KZ is to offer you standard shipping and express, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers across the world every day, and we strive to provide you with services of the highest level.
If you do not receive your order within the estimated time provided and suspect that the order may have been lost in transit, please contact customer support (Judy@kzhifi.com) and we will initiate an investigation into the order with the courier company. Lost in transit requests must be submitted to customer support within 3 months of the date of shipment.
